Our kitchen was bussing this week as we prepare a healthy green stir fry meal. The meal was not only good to look at, but it was also very tasteful. We understand that food is meant to nourish our bodies, we ensured we used a lot of green verges.

We paired seasonal vegies with beef strip and because we are conscious about our health and what we put inside our bodies has to be from the ground. We picked herbs from our home-grown verge garden, herbs like thyme and rosemary to add flavour.

Nothing beats ending a hectic day with a warm delicious meal.
